Tasks are set for each session, in order to give the children a point to develop from, but are encouraged to take the idea and make it their own.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe can see that some children have an obvious natural talent with their observational skills which shines through with sketching and painting. Others get lost in cutting and sticking, paper, fabric, beads, wool, and arranging it all together into a fine display of pure enjoyment. While the more precise planners thrive trying to figure out a 3D construction.  Those with strong focus like to work with teeny tiny beads to create pretty jewellery. The Sewers show dilligence and patience, persevering  with a sewing project through to completion.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhatever the task or medium used, we encourage the children to tap into their imagination and express it while acquiring skills and having fun!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThroughout the year we work our way through; Sketching, Painting, Finger painting, Paper Collage, Mixed Media Collage, Block Printing, Marbelling, Screen Printing, Paper Maché,  Clay modelling, Weaving, Beading and Jewellery making, 3D work, \u0026amp; Sewing. We also have fun with face painting, slime or putty making \u0026amp; baking. We enjoy researching and discovering new ways for the kids to use their creativity to express themselves. Manufacturing in Hong Kong, designing in Australia and as a bespoke wedding dress designer in Dublin. Not to mention the unofficial years of immersion and training I received growing up alongside my own Mothers Fashion design and manufacturing business.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eI took a bit of a break from commercial working life while my girls were little before returning a few years  ago to reestablish myself out in the working world again! I was very lucky to find an amazing space in the heart of Dunlaoghaire which was to be my design studio. As life tends to take unexpected twists and turns I found myself running Kids art and sewing classes from the Space, which very quickly was followed by Adults Classes in Sewing, pattern design, lampshade and jewellery making.
